i am 17 and have a overbite but my maxilla is pretty decent, how do i move my mandible like this

Will braces with elastics or no elastics only move my teeth Forward or move everything like in the picture.
what other procedures can i get to move mandible like that.

You can do mandibular autorotation at the same time, it's like you are jutting a bit to not make bsso to long
