How to move my lower jaw forward

I’m getting aligners+rubber bands in about 2-3 months, but besides my teeth i want to move my mandible forward since it’s recessed. Is there a way to do it while wearing aligners, or do i have to wait before i take them off? Also, will aligners with rubber bands fuck up my forward growth? If yes, why and how to fix it later? (i’m 16)
