Germany has something called Ausbildung or vocational training. It is VISA for 18-30 y/o. No requirement for a degree needed. You can enroll yourself in some program in hospitality, nursing or some lower tier blue collar work easily and earn while you supposedly learn these trades. Only requirement is a German A2-B1. After completing the 2-3 year program you can transition to a full work permit and eventually become eligible for permanent residency making it one of the easiest legal pathways to settle in Germany. You also qualify Bafög (Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetz) which is NEET money given to immigrants.
