sleep is the most important thing, if you're not getting atleast 8 hours you're messing up your test in the long run, working out 3-4 times a week, good diet high in vitamins and protein, are all natural ways
other methods are a little controversial so I won't go into them, but if you're actually 14 then puberty will do most the work for you if you have good habits
 
Most important is sleep and to be in a competitve environment and to perform/win, it will put you in a virtuous cycle
