How to naturally get rid of a pimple

What are the natural ways to get rid of pimples, I’m not talking acne but little pimples on your face that you can sometimes get for whatever reason

I apply benzoyl peroxide usually but I find it doesn’t rlly help

And drop some tret on the spot and let it dry first

I have some pimples cause by shit supplements i guess they were toxic and after 1 year they are still a bit visible , tret should help but idk the fucking reason why they are lasting so long

The day after i took them i had like 10 big red pimples on my face
