Health is one of the most important things in puberty lol , poor bone health/poor health in general= can make you look bad
For example i , literally breathing through mouth my whole life because i have deviated nasal septum
And I'm Subhuman, just because of poor health

I wouldnt say pubertymaxxing starting from a young age is cope when it comes to increasing bonemass. wont give you extreme amounts of growth and it depends on genetics how effective it is. but it you live a normal lifestyle compared to pubertymaxxing you would have less bonemass.
but getting a parent or older sibling who understands this and ensures you have the right lifestyle is luck
