Eyebrows: Dye them depending on their color, minoxidil twice daily, dermarolling once a week, eyebrow pencil if you're extra, groom them every 3-4 weeks. Certain people will need a transplant if their eyebrows are truly fucked.
Lashes: Lattise if you're bold, peptide and oil-based serums if you don't like risking your eye fat. Maybe mascara and eyelash curling if you're extra.

idk about long term besides minoxidil. I put vaseline on my eyebrows in the morning though and that makes them more distinct/darker.

it makes them appear darker/more pronounced when applied yh. It doesnt make them darker long term obv the visual effect dissapears when you wash it off.
