get a head weight harness
get a barbell plate
2 sets to failure of up and down
and progressively overload

Do more than 2 sets, unless you’re hitting neck 3x a week

U will jsut look weird without frame and clavicles for it. If its super thin sure thickening it a bit might help but it also increases risk of sleep apnea. If u take PEDs it just literally gets thicker from workout out. Anything that puts straighn on the trapezius also straighs the muscles in the neck. My neck gets thicker really quick when I up my t dose.
