yeah i might get a pull up bar soon or find a place to do pullups outside. i got dumbbells a couple of weeks ago so i guess i could use them for rows but the max one can hold is like 17kg

At least you can curl and overhead press or overhead extension now depending on how strong you are

Same as for any woman -- be more attractive. You don't necessarily need much muscle but I'd say you need a masc/rugged appeal overall.

High FWHR, good/strong/angular lower-third, big frame, deep or moderate voice, at least ~5'10" minimum, etc. -- you know, AKA don't be ugly. I don't think nichemaxxing works -- it's cope. You gotta be appealing enough across the board or you'll never really get anywhere at all.
