It’s probably bad quality. It helps countering cravings with less awful products. Drink a zero energy those things are sweet as fuck.

Nigga its not some drug giving you withdrawal and there are plenty of easy recipes that you can cook up that are incredible, also this mostly only happens if you delay eating and dont eat regularly and thus feel starving
 
just when you crave it eat something else then you wont be hungry anymore to eat it

Nigga its not some drug giving you withdrawal and there are plenty of easy recipes that you can cook up that are incredible, also this mostly only happens if you delay eating and dont eat regularly and thus feel starving
It seems like you don’t understand sugar addiction and how cravings work. Please do your research

Sugar is measured way worse than a lot of drugs could be because a lot of people eat a lot of sugar and I’m not saying to put them on one level but they are definitely comparable

Fruit have sugar in them no? im not going to pretend i know much abt diet as it has never rly been a need for me outside of losing weight but the addictive part in fast food is the MSG no? also you have not dealt with things like oxy addiction or heroin or even coke addiction if you are saying this, people kill themselves from it and have their concept of happiness destroyed over it, not to mention how severely painful withdrawal itself is to the point that addicts need to be given injections to make the drugs not affect them and take away withdrawal pain, comparing something as small as sugar to actual withdrawal is the most stupid thing you can ever say, it is addicting I guess but its not an actual addiction

It is an actual addiction and I know people don’t kill themselves for that. It’s interesting because MSG isn’t actually the problem. In Germany we have little to no MSG and people are still fat. It’s actually the combination between fat and sugar. Fruit is the good sugar, it’s bound to vitamins and your body can’t taste vitamins. In nature only fruit and maybe honey is sweet. These are high in vitamins. Your brain thinks sugar is vitamins is good. Fat is actually very healthy but not the seed oil because of the oxidation bla bla bla. Your body can’t taste the difference between PUFAs and good fats. Now you give a human fats plus sugar it’s like the ultimate meal that’s why he gets veryyy happy. The Jews actually made formulas in which you mix sweet shit and fatty shit to make it as addictive as possible. That’s not even a lie. The biggest problem is you give your body something he thinks is good for zero work. If you give a mind the option between that stuff for basically nothing or something „healthy“ most shit peeps think is healthy isn’t btw, for work that means cooking, most will rather take the sugar. It’s really interesting and the food industry is wanting to make your addicted because then they make more money. It’s a nice bonus you get sick and lazy too because your body realizes shit there’s no vitamins in here but he’s a bit dumb so he just wants more of it to fill that need for nutrients. I dont rly disagree but calling it an addiction is a stretch to me, for me the definition of one would include severe withdrawal like alcohol, majority of drugs etc etc, there is a heavy reliance on sugar for a lot of people that drives them but not addiction

cook it a little, and reduce the doneness over time and don't eat too much at one time.
