Get properly diagnosed for sleep apnea first and try to research as much as you can.

i am not fat, sometimes in bed before sleeping i feel like i can barely breathe when my mouth is closed, yesterday my nose was clean too.

tried to sleep on my back, no fucking way, tried to sleep on my side and there was still discomfort.
