I feel like shit while taking any AI because it lowers estrogen which lowers seratonin and raises anxiety. Should I lower the dosage or can I do something else?

What's the reason for you taking an AI? If you haven't got a good reason, you could just drop it completely.

Either try to limit the amount you take per week or try to constantly surround yourself with positive influences so positive happy music only,
no watching of sad movies etc, cope when you have bad thoughts listen to some redpilled nigga
try to avoid everything negative depressing etc in the meantime while you are taking AI thats what im gonna do.
Im gonna start with anastrazole (again) in a week.
