Without shit like semaglutide and stuff, what are some natural ways, scientifically proven if possible

what? All a GLP1 is a top tier apatite suppressant.

You don’t die of malnutrition in 4 days otherwise vegans won’t exist in this world. And you still get nutrients from 1200 cals of meat and eggs for 4-6weeks tops.

you shouldnt be that hungry if youre doing it right. You will always have a bit of hunger at some points during the day if youre cutting (usually) but it should go away quickly. If youre legit starving and salavating at food, youre most likely cutting too hard

I would lose weight and cut down effectively getting lean by eating 2400ish calories while working out 5 days a week. Im 6 foot and was around 170 lbs losing weight doing this. I would often drop lower when at the very end and trying to lose that last 5lbsish of fat or so, but it wasnt really neccesary cause maintianing that level of leanness long term is not plausible.

If you eat right the hunger shouldnt be bad, which is the answer

Eat quality food protein and food that will keep you full like salads . Foods that have low calories but have big volume.

You end up getting used to it if u do it long enough just spam 0 cal soda or water + protein
Start ur mornings off w protein and not junk so it doesnt spike and make u hungry 5 mins later

chew gum 24/7, switch flavors often

sparkling water or 0 calorie soda

and after like 5h of not eating you'll start feeling less hungry, and at the point just fight if off until you absolutely can't stand it anymore and eat a high-protein, high-fiber meal, it trains your brain to normalize this routine, make sure it's satisfying taste-wise.

for the meal you can have a 6oz steak and a big ass salad and it'll keep you in check for the next 24h hours.

and if you have snacks, wtv in your house. throw it out, even if it costs you a couple hundred bucks and gets whoever you're living with angry

last pieces of advice are drink tons of water + don't exercise too much

this, eating junk is like an addiction, just goes through your body without doing anything good.
eat quality food and as he said your body adapts to it, you won't feel the need to eat as much anymore. (bcs there is no need)
