You don’t die of malnutrition in 4 days otherwise vegans won’t exist in this world. And you still get nutrients from 1200 cals of meat and eggs for 4-6weeks tops.

You will always have a bit of hunger at some points during the day if youre cutting (usually) but it should go away quickly. If youre legit starving and salavating at food, youre most likely cutting too hard
I would lose weight and cut down effectively getting lean by eating 2400ish calories while working out 5 days a week. Im 6 foot and was around 170 lbs losing weight doing this. I would often drop lower when at the very end and trying to lose that last 5lbsish of fat or so, but it wasnt really neccesary cause maintianing that level of leanness long term is not plausible.
If you eat right the hunger shouldnt be bad, which is the answer
