I am 14 rn, and i have pretty shitass genetics(fully asian+manlet 5’9). My maxilla is poor same with jaw. I have no idea how to improve them and on this site i found no exact answers on this. I have money for orthodontic therapy or going to scan anything, i just need help. I am going to the gym is that matters and I’m 22% bf(kinda ass)

start off with cutting bf% to about 15% and eat healthy, mandible and maxilla you need either hormonal drugs if your lucky, or surgery, but just wait till you get older tbh

Is diet coke healthy enough to help with cut? Ik it’s worse than water but i dont think i could reduce need in sweetness so suddenly.

get enough sleep, eat high nutritions food (especially amino acids like leucine and arginine), work out.
