I get really bad bruises when i bs and it makes it so i can't really do until it heals because if i do there is a lot of blood.

You might be going to hard you can try going for longer and hitting a little less hard or if you already are you can try shorter length. Also btw if u want to cover it u can use BB cream or concealer.

start semax and double it if youre already taking it to raise iq so you stop doing that fuckshit
