how to not get caught getting surgery

for those who arent broke like most people on this forum who wanna get surgery, mfs gonna know you got work done. this is why a few years before you decide to get surgery you gotta looksmin, yes i know your quality of life would be worse but you want people to forget what you looked like originally, so bulk up gain some fat (you can just claim dirty bulking), grow a beard (this one is essential), get acne on purpose and ect. then once you get surgery you can go turkey for "vacation" and then do whatever work your gonna do (make sure it makes you go for a natural look dont get stuff that would be obvious like stroma for colorer eyes or whatever because normies can notice that from a mile away) then once the surgeries are done start cutting shave the beard (depending on what suits you) look after your skin and ect (basic softmaxes) and then people probably wont notice, if they say you look different you can just say you started a skin care routine and tell them some softmax larps and you should be good (normies arent good with this kinda stuff)

it really depends on your surroundings, like if ur family is against it its best to be discreet about it and say the ascension is from losing weight or smth, but if no one around u cares then u dont need to hide it, i still believe its still ideal to make it seem like its effortless

haha. I posted about this in another topic but that's literally exactly what I tried after my surgery as I also lost a few kg at the same time. It didn't work because my change was way too dramatic.

My friends quickly moved on btw, soon after it was never mentioned again. They were happy for me and that was it.

A year post op I didn’t care about the external validation anymore (still don’t) so I am skinnyfat, unhygienic, don’t really go to parties, clubs, etc anymore unless it’s with my close friends.

If I had ended up High HTN+ after surgery than I did, I would probably be living a way better lifestyle. I was only getting occasional compliments about looks and treated with more respect, that’s about it. Not worth the money.
But I have no more surgeries that would help me, so there’s nothing I can do.

i was considering a trimax (bimax, bsso and genioplasty) both for aesthetics and to improve my breathing, i grew up with breathing issues, i got a few surgeries on my airways to expand them (dont remember what there called) but they didnt 100% fix my breathing issues and i am recessed, so i got a good excuse for getting it so ill probably be open about it. but if i get any extras like fat grafting, implants,rhino or ect i probably wouldnt tell people about it.
