how much height did u actually gain from these? I’ve seen absurd claims on AliExpress like 6cm, can u confirm from your experience what u actually gain and is it worth it/comfortable?

I use socks and Im good, Im already tall. They give like 1.5 inches. Im aware these give like 2.5inc and its kinda uncomfortable but u get used to it

some guy at my skl got caught heightfrauding quite easilly maybe cause he shot up from likee 5'8 to 5'10
