how to not get skin nuked with aha bha

Depends on the skin type you have, if you got dry:thin skin start at once a week for 8 minutes, than moisturizer after
See how your face react to it, if you got thick/oily skin like I do, use it twice a week for 6-8 minutes in the first weeks
