What peptides should I be taking to improve my frame and bones but not grow taller? I’m 6’5 but only have 19inch bidelt width. I’m nearly 20 but hit puberty quite late so I’m worried if I hop on hgh or something I might grow an extra inch or two which’ll make me the ultimate framcel.

I have heard clavicle plates close later than spinal plates so would I be able to time it almost?

Anabolic steroids/sarms are great to increase bone mass density and masculinize your frame, and they actually cause earlier closure of your growth plates. So that's your best bet here

What’s the safest? I don’t care about looking muscular per se, I just wan’t to stop looking malnourished despite going to the gym for 2 years.
 
I've noticed most people 6'5" and above are framelets. This is why 6'0"-6'4" is prime male height

Well you don't need to hop on any steroid to look good, although you're tall as fuck, so it's harder for you but not impossible. Are you bulking? You probably will answer that you are, but are you ACTUALLY bulking? I mean tracking your calories and what you eat with a food scale to know you're in a surplus each day and by how much?

Steroids and sarms can be helpful and make the process faster, but they have a toll on your endocrine system, liver, etc., if you're considering them for this goal? Just don't bother, do it naturally, but I believe the safest options are AC-262 and RAD-140+Enclomiphine, these are the most potent solutions that won't heavily suppress your hormones if you take them correctly. Let me clarify, THESE ARE NOT EXACTLY THE STRONGEST SARMS, they work, but there's definitely more potent stuff out there, these are the most potent that won't heavily tax your natural hormone production.

Also, maybe not the answer you probably want to hear but using any compounds isn't a guaranteed method to widen your clavicles, in fact as I said they can cause your growth plates there to close earlier, there's no guaranteed way to target growth in this area and avoid it in your spine/legs. Most of the frame improvement from this compound will come from yes, some slight widening of the area because of new bone mass developing in the area, but this won't be significant in terms of length, most of it will be just your muscles growing.

You want the real best option for you? Either suck it up, OR take a plane to Turkey and get Clavicle Lengthening Surgery. Personally and it's easier said than done, I'd start saving for a surgery and just don't mess with steroids/sarms, but it's completely up to you, I just don't think youd see great results there, you have the knowledge, do what you will as long as you research and try your best to minimize risks.

if your growth plates are closed you wont grow anymore if ur 20 its mostlikely all closed

okay thanks, this is what I was looking for. Tbh I’ve been pretty lazy w the gym and haven’t even properly tried bulking. I’m just trying to not look skinny so I probably won’t touch sarms.
Is it actually realistic to look noticeably wider via just going to the gym? Like if I spam my back and shoulders how much could I expect to gain on my bidelt width?

Which is still great!

Honestly if you put yourself through a lean bulk you might not even care about this by the time you're doing. If you want any "goal" to reach a BMI of 25 while being at around 12% is probably what you're looking for in terms of your body

Yeah I mean my height mogs anyway so I just want to get to a point where my width just somewhat looks proportional to my length instead of me looking like a total lanklet. Thanks for the advice.

Didn't fully read it, just skimmed through the post, from what I read it's solid and it's theoretically backed stuff, but the issue is that will only work if your plates are open and if they are, and you do that, then you'll likely grow even taller which you said isn't what you want. Really, if you want wider clavicles, anything you do will also indirectly affect your height, you cannot have one without the other in this context.

Best you can do is do some of the non-GH related stuff in the thread, but that would only add bone thickness, not significant length.
