you should have kids with someone that has the opposite of your deformity before you did surgery to correct it.

for example, if your have a long mid face you should have kids with a woman with a more shorter midface, this will cancel out the problem.

only height and race/pheno is strongly linked to lineage tbh how good looking face is tends to be more luck yes but if you get the first two especially the race part right the odds improve dramatically

North atlantid parents = very unlikely to be below 5.5 PSL offspring
