Shave and wax your body including the hair on your head. Scrub your skin with a coarse bristled scrubber.
Acquire non descriptor clothing + shoes from a second hand shop.
Leave cell phone at home.

Prowl for victims around popular jogging routes. Scout the areas disguised as a jogger to select a few poorly lit secluded areas before hand and figure out the best route back home.
After your crime is done, don't loiter or act suspicious. If you meet someone on the way home keep walking like normal and don't look back. Remember you are just a normal person on the way home. Don't use a motor vehicle unless It's parked far away.

After the crime, dispose of said clothing in one of those public boxes where people can give their clothes to charity. If they have blood on them you soak them in bleach then destroy them. Wear gloves but remember, the police don't have anyway to find your fingerprints unless you have been a suspect of a crime before and they have them on file.
Never return to the scene of the crime. Never talk about the crime to others even if they are discussing it or show any interest in it.
