How to not nuke estrogen while on aromatase inhibs but still low enough where fusion of growth plates is slowed?

People on AIs absolutely nuke their estrogen while pairing it with hgh but extremely low estrogen is bad as you lose bone density especially during puberty so how to use aromatase inhibs specifically anastrozole so that your plates fusing is still delayed but u dont sacrifice bone strength and density?
