yeah i'm trying that and i'm not that hungry as before so i think it's just normal to be hungry thxyou can't not be hungry in a deficit but you can eat more low calorie food like veggies adn stuff with lots of protein

fasting for 4/6 hours when you wake up
dense calorie foods
drink alot
coffee
cardio so you can eat more

yes i'm drinking a ton of water when i'm really hungry it kinda worksa banana and lots of water will fill up half your stomach

It’s possible to be on a calorie deficit and not be hungry all the time, low calorie density meals are the key.Being on a caloric deficit will make you hungry. This is like asking how to not sleep and not be tired. Unless you want to be on appetite suppressant drugs all the time you're going to have to push through it.
