How to not ve hungry while no a caloric déficit?

i'm doing a 300-400 caloric deficit but i'm hugry asf all the time what can i do to not be hungry all the day

you can't not be hungry in a deficit but you can eat more low calorie food like veggies adn stuff with lots of protein

Your body eats itself, of course you are going to be hungry.

fasting for 4/6 hours when you wake up
dense calorie foods
drink alot
coffee
cardio so you can eat more

all you can really do.

Increase either fat or fiber intake to keep you full for longer

Drink a protein shake/ milk 10 mins before each meal. Satiation increases and you stay full longer

Intermittent fasting and black coffee. Have all your calories in a 4-8 hour window. That’s what I’m running right now. 1000 calorie deficit + cardio + IM fasting so I’m not hungry all day.
 
Fill yourself up with low calorie fibrous vegetables like lettuce and drink a lot of water all the time. If you're always full on water you're not gonna have an appetite
 
Being on a caloric deficit will make you hungry. This is like asking how to not sleep and not be tired. Unless you want to be on appetite suppressant drugs all the time you're going to have to push through it.

problem with fiber is it causes the feeling of fullness without actually stimulating satiety because its indigestible

it just fills up the gut

better off eliminating it ad getting rid of the bloat, eating high satiety inducing diet

Just a note on fasting, it doesn’t work for everyone.

When I tried it I just ended up binging when it was time to eat, I was especially hungry at night.

Since eating regular meals my hunger has gone down loads and I also don’t feel hangry.

Try both fasting and regular eating and see what works best for you.

It’s possible to be on a calorie deficit and not be hungry all the time, low calorie density meals are the key.

When you reach a very low bf% or you’ve been dieting for a long time then that’s when you can’t escape hunger.
