Maybe a stupid question, but I'd like to say I'm not yet at the level of "chronically online" on which I can know what all the meaning of the jargon you people use.
I initially assumed starvemaxxing just meant not eating anything at all, but I feel like some people use the term liberally, it can either mean not eating anything at all, a synonym for just a caloric deficit, or just aggressive deficit (I assume 1000 or more?). So which one is it? What is starvemaxxing?
