most drug od's that are intentional usually end up in survival with permanent brain and physical damage

i wouldnt recommend attempting the drug route but if u do the most effective way is laced black market percocets

it will either be fentanyl or some other synthetic opioid variant and will induce respiratory depression + death really quick in someone with no opioid tolerance

there really isnt any other better alternatives that are accessible

acetaminophen/paracetamol is available in like every household in large amounts but most overdoses on it just end up being a horrible time and u ending up surviving as a vegetable

i guess diphenhydramine/benadryl could work but the chances of surviving as a vegetable is also high there

benadryl is not a fun time for recreational use at all

id recommend delsym/dextromethorphan cough syrups over benadryl

theyre just as available in stores but make sure the formulation is 100% dextromethorphan as some brands contain guaifenesin or acetaminophen that can be dangerous when u need to drink the whole bottle to get intoxicated

its better than benadryl because benadryl is a deliriant meaning it causes hallucinations and bad experiences without u even remembering u took the drug

delsym however interacts on the same receptors that recreational ketamine acts on (NMDA receptors) and is described to feel like a crossfade between alcohol and weed making the experience actually enjoyable
