How to optimally inject fat dissolver for hollow cheeks?

I've been injecting into my right side. It's easy from the exterior, but I believe it is mainly targeting the subcutaneous fat and the superficial fat pads. The buccal fat is between the buccinator and the masseter. I tried to reach it by going into the mouth and piercing the mucosa, but I felt sharp pain when I hit the buccinator, which I would have to stab through. I tried injecting into the fat directly below the mucosa, but the fat was shallow, and it did not work. So I only got it to work from the exterior by going through the skin. Next time perhaps I will try to reach the buccal fat.

That’s a genuine surgical procedure and even so, sub q fat dissolving over a few sessions yields more visible and overall better results than buccal fat removal
