Brutal man. I thank God I was never bullied by people and school, that on top of parent abuse that would've drove me over the edge.

I was always normie and friends with everybody, it's just my parents who verbally abused and beat me all the time. Stupid fucking pakis, I wish I was white and had good parents and childhood.

Idk tbh. Even on drugs like cocaine i dont always act like the high T alpha i want to be.

I guess it starts with the self-talk in your brain. If you talk to yourself like your a beta, and then act according to those thoughts/emotions, then thats who you are. Reinforcing it in the process.

Personally i think its somewhat 50/50.

50% Your brain habits, memories, lifestyle, looks-treatment, social surrounding affecting how alpha or beta you feel and act. Lots of progress can be made in these things.

Then 50% is literally just the chemicals in ur blood/brain. U can feel hyped/pumped/motivated or horny in the moment. This all has positive effects on how you feel and act. And you can get into this pumped hormonal state more often with lifestyle changes.

Alternatively you temporarily induce these effects through chemicals (drugs). Which is a great way to see what your brain is capable of to motivate tbh
