You can actually recover with exposure therapy, but take it easy on yourself. Taking baby steps one at a time is better than avoiding this issue all together. Embrace the fear that lies within you and accept it as who you are. Don't avoid it or be ashamed of having it, try to work on it instead. If you keep running away you won't get better. Seek therapy, it's meaningful in plenty of ways

well depends on how u gl u are but u just need exposure, i used to have this problem but i became quite good looking (like low CL) so it feels to easy with mid girls, the only time when i get annoyed is when a mid girl acts like she the shit when i look 3x better with no makeup fraud

as u said the problem doesnt go away by just becoming gl, but the anxiety slowly dissapeared after like many many girls, my situation is a bit specific since i was very blackpilled since i was 12-13 so i never got rejected since i never tried cuz i knew its ova. Though i can still get cold feet when talking to my looksmatch so i guess its not fully fixed but at least 90% of it is gone
