hypothetically let's say I lose my erection when I'm about to fuck a girl. After, I spend the whole day overthinking and researching how to prevent it. I read the solution yet I have a strong urge to go back and reread to try and get all the information and prevent that situation. Pretty much the same when it comes to fitness.
