fix philtrum however u go about that(lip lift, ig botox might work, lip filler research ur self idk) chin filler, botox and accutane for nose to mouth (good thread on here check it out) the eye assymetry isnt that bad and likely wotn be noticed dont fixate on it

braces make ur philtrum temporarily shorter whilst u have them if u have them rn and its still like that it's even worse and should be the first thing u fix throws off ur entire facial harmony also everything i listed would get u to hmtn possibly lhtn depending on how you react to accutane and if you throw in a few other softmaxxes like eye brows and ghk
anyways here I made a morph of what is a realistic expectation from doing that

also again do brows now its a 5 minute thing
