How do you do it? Do you attack their insecurities?

In what scenario? Easiest way is to let them know you are better than them. Being it smarter, better looking or in anything you both do.

There is a 10 year old fragile insecure girl in nearly every foid, she is your best chance of dating up.

Just slowly plant the idea that they are not enough and inferior. You don't necessarily need to be overt and direct. Imply it through your behaviour first. Girls being way more intuned and thus vulnerable to covert communication will pick up on it far better. Then, by the time you verbalize this kind of stuff; they will already have self doubts in their mind.
