How to perform a DIY PRP & my experience with it.

This is going to be a slightly long thread, so I'm gonna timestamp it for you

EQUIPMENT:
1. 10ML ACD-A TUBE / $1.75
2- BUTTERFLY NEEDLE
3- 10ML SYRINGE
4- 2X 1ML INSULIN SYRINGES
5- ALCOHOL SWABS + LIDOCAIN

PROCESS:

1. EXTRACT A SAMPLE OF BLOOD USING YOUR BUTTERFLY NEEDLE
2- SQUIRT THE BLOOD INTO YOUR ACD-A TUBE
3- VISIT YOUR LOCAL RESEARCH LAB (with your needles) AND ASK THE TECHNICIAN FOR A CENTRIFUGE SPIN AT 3000RPM FOR 10 MINUTES (or js buy a centrifuge of ur own if you'd like to do this process again in the future), TAKE THE VIAL NEAR A PRIVATE BATHROOM WITHOUT SHAKING IT FOR FUCKS SAKE AND USE YOUR 10ML SYRINGE AND BLUNT NEEDLE TO EXTRACT THE PLASMA RIGHT THEN AND THERE.
4- GO HOME, SQUIRT THE PLASMA INTO YOUR 1ML INSULIN SYRINGES, GO IN 15-30 DEGREES UNDER THE SKIN AND SEPARATE THE PAPULES 1-2CM EACH


WHAT TO EXPECT:
I WILL NOT be posting my full face in here, but i did it primarily to hide my infraorbital recession, it was a subtle change HOWEVER, i WILL be going at it again in a week or two-ish, definitely worth it and its definitely a LOT cheaper to diy it, if you have any questions lmk + rep me twin
