The crazy thing is, someone can genuinely do this aswell (On a two-man operation), and it would be infinitely cheaper (Free excluding cost of instrument's).

I know it would genuinely be possible especially if you're just messing with the cartilage and not doing a osteotomy with the nasal bone such as in the video
