How to perma squint?

My eyes are ltn, i'm trying to do those cope hunter eye exercises because there's not much i can do except for surgery. Is there a way to ''squint'' a little but subconciusly without trying to have less uee?

you can probably train yourself to squint over time, just how people jutt to fix overbite sometimes. the body will naturally adapt to your condition of slightly squinting all the time
