Rlly not that hard u can do it on ur phone but realistically itll take 15 mins or so begin with the jaw then the eyes and after that u can play with ur midface nose lips ears etc

It would be better to do it yourself, since such apps tend to auto-correct other features as well. Someone who is going to get let's say rhino, he wants to see his new nose with already existing features.
