What parts of my physic should i work on im 6’0 143lbs and 15 yo w ltn-mtn face

Great base bro

I would just find a split in which you hit each muscle group minimum 2 times per week, eat enough protein, prioritize carbs, lift heavy, go to failure in each set. You’re a beginner so don’t overcomplicate things tbh, just lift heavy

Ive been working out for 4 months consistantly and 4 months before that like 2x a week is a ending of david laid or jeff seid realistic
 
insane core and shredz brah just get a bigger chest and more width and you'll have a chad physique. I think you would look bigger on a bulk because it looks like your cutting but other than that your physique is insane.
