hgh does work dont listen to this jester. do 4-7ius depending on ur age, igf levels, etc. do it for as long as u can so 1-3years then add aramidex or letrozol near the time of ur epathesial plate closure with more gh, mk677 or igflr3
if youre going to do some thing at lleast go get your growth plates checked first to see if you have any meaningful growth left, considering your 16 youre likely in late puberty anyway meaning if youre going to take hgh you should take an aromatase inhibitor too to decrease conversion of testosterone to estrogen because estrogen is what closes the growth plates. anyways check out some threads on pubertymaxxxing and heaightmaxxing/hgh+ai
