How to pin properly

I have 200mg of testosterone prescribed and I want to know how to properly administer it. The doctor did tell me it should be injected in the thigh or upper butt, but I'm going to go with my thigh. I have 3 18 Gauge needles, 1 23 gauge, 1 25 gauge, and 1 30 gauge. Which should I use to draw out the liquid, which should I use to inject it, and how deep should I go with said needle? Where should I inject in my thigh what should I be looking for while I am injecting? How do I avoid soreness after the shot as I've seen other complain about it both in this forum and on socials? The last few times the doctor injected it and I saw that he only used about half why did he do this, and I don't want to waste the 100mg as I'd rather have it than throw it away (Obviously). If there is anything else I should know about lmk.

This is probably something you should ask your doctor instead of the internet, or maybe do some research before just just doing whatever some guy on "looksmax.org" tells you to.
