So this dutch girl talked to me in the metro while she was heading to the airport. I thought she initially hit on me but she talked to some other girl tourists behind us too so I figured she was just overly social at the moment. Still I wanna assume she liked me.

Now she's in Netherlands but she comes here pretty often so I assume she might return again in summer for holidays. I wanna exploit the fact she's rich and she has money to travel and do all that so how do I play this out strategically? Should I form a rapport with her from now? text her and try to develop a ltr or text her after 6-7 months when she comes back out of sudden?

I just don't wanna spend a lot of time texting to some girl who's so open and social and 3 hour flight away from me . She might be hitting on dudes like she did with me all of the time I don't even know her.
