This info is only really applicable for those 13-18. It is well known information that humans grow in order from feet and hands, then arms and legs, then spine. And nearly all fully grown men (by nearly all I mean 95%+) have a wingspan to height ratio of 1:1, or the wingspan is longer, the height is almost never longer than the wingspan. When growing through puberty, if you are 5’7 with a 5’7 wingspan, do not expect to grow til your wingspan does, and if you are 5’8 with a 6’0 wingspan expect to grow into that wingspan to make your body proportional. Your fingertips should rest just below your inseam by full growth and if ur fingers hang much further below that it is a key sign you are growing soon unless you are a genetic anomaly. TLDR: Track wingspan through puberty, and if it’s much longer than height expect height to match it or be slightly shorter than it, and if it’s same as height give up til it grows. This is how I predicted a height jump at near age 17 from 5’7.5 to 5’10 with my 6’0 wingspan.

I didn’t grow from ages 14.5 to 16.5 at all then shot up, prob just delayed puberty for you

I look so skinny compared to before because my limbs and torso grew taller at 18

16 and wingspan 4-5 cm longer. Am i cooked. The inseam info has to be cap, because i have the fingertips like 10-15 cm lower than the inseam and i think others have it too.

Not quite you can still grow into that, just know your height probably won’t grow past it until your wingspan grows again, mine grew from 5’9 to 5’10.75 to 6’0 so don’t worry

my mom is taller than her wingspan.

my mom is taller than her wingspan.
Genetic Exception, and she’s also a woman. Although those exceptions do exist, which is why i said semi accurate, but those are less than 5% of people, if you don’t believe me search up height and wingspan on r/tall and it will take u a good ten minutes to find someone with a height more than an inch taller than wingspan

The inseam info is not cap lmfao that is simple bodily proportions, it means ur legs have to catch up to make your body proportional

Thats on the lower end of normal, if it was close to your kneecaps i would say yes, but even then you have a chance of getting maybe half an inch max what’s your wingspan?
