My dad is around 174cm and my mom is around 172cm, i am 13 years old currently 170cm
Should i start saving for hgh from now

Don't even begin to try to make any predictions. Hoping is not a good tactic.
Best course of action would probably be HGH + AI + FGFR3 Inhibitor. Depending on your budget maybe some other drugs, too.
