why hadn't you researched it before you booked? Tons of info in the looksmaxxing section. If you don't know what you're trying to achieve specifically then it's pretty hard to ask insightful questions. Go and read threads about what makes a lower third attractive and identify your weaknesses to get an idea of what procedures you need.
