Stuff i know : 2,2g protein per kg of body weight , hit the gym as usual

Anything else?
 
There is nothing more to it unless you want to use clen it's not complicated.

This is what I wanted to know too because im on a calorie deficit and so its harder to get the protein in

I'm doing low carb low fat is the only way you can introduce enough proteins , i am on 1.2-1.4k depending on how hungry i am , i will see how much sema suppress hunger maybe i can go lower too but i kind of don't want to go below 100 grams of carbs

Also very excessive cardio is bad when ur cortisol is already high from the diet. I fucked my mental and physical health bc i made lots of cardio while already having an extreme deficit

But if you roid or take growth hormones you can do that

2.2g /kg seems a lot man ngl unless you actually manage to eat everything then why not.

Also add drinking a shit ton of water to debloat
