How to prevent eye pain when bone smashing zygos?

I have a 330 gram rolling pin. When I hard bone smash my zygos with it my eyes hurt for a few hours. Is there a way to prevent this? My zygos are quite high set so maybe that has something to do with it.

Yes you need rest i did bonesmash every week for 5 months non stop then i start to rest some weeks.

Pain is good it means you won't lose bond because you hit too poorly.
