I don't see there being a natural way to prevent this besides something like a facelift
its not a very normal thing to be removing bone from ur face anyways

I am pretty sure in Cheekbone Reduction surgery, Surgeon's do SMAS Uplift to prevent sagging, which is why in those Korean Example's, the face look's tighter Post-OP.

Surgeon's also recommend Fat-grafting in the Malar (Anterior Zygomatic area) and Infraorbital region to lift the face and prevent sagging.
It also highly depend's on which part of the Zygomatic Bone is being reduced (Anterior Zygo, Zygomatic Arch, ect)

I think the best move is not to reduce your zygo's too much, 4mm or anything under wouldn't be aggressive enough to cause noticeable sagging, 6-10MM is higher risk.
