Erdafitinib is a Pan-FGFR inhibitor, which means it blocks the FGFR genes causing certain effects. FGFR3 specifically is the number 1 cause of achondroplasia, a type of dwarfism. The other FGFRs get blocked by erda as well, FGFR1 is also bad for growth, FGFR2 promotes osteoblast differentiation but it isn't needed at our age, its more important for a fetus or an infant. FGFR4 isnt good or bad for growth. So why did test subjects develop scoliosis while on erda? High doses of erda inhibit FGFR1 and 3 so effectively, which is why it results in insane growth. But at the same time, inhibiting these genes also disorients PCP. PCP is the number 1 thing that organizes your chondrocytes, disoriented chondrocytes=asymmetrical + uneven bone growth=scoliosis. FGFR signalling acts as a cue to position and orient the asymmetric localization of Vangl2 (the protein that drives PCP). Without FGFR guiding spatial boundaries, Vangl2 localization drifts and becomes misaligned, causing things like scoliosis.

What can we do about this?
Luckily for us, PCP and bodily coordination is not limited to the signaling of FGF, WNT5A agonism can establish PCP and bone alignment without the need of FGFR. Activating the WNT5A pathway can make up for the absence of FGFR1/3 from erdafitinib, especially at high doses. Theoretically this allows us to DNR scoliosis and blast erdafitinib and enjoy the height gains. How do we activate WNT5A?

Foxy-5 is a WNT5A-mimicking hexapeptide, which we can use to activate the WNT5A pathway. WNT5A is the protein responsible for triggering the stabilization of Vangl2/PCP, therefore stabilizing our bone growth. Foxy-5 directly mimics the WNT protein, therefore letting us induce Vangl2 and revive PCP loss from FGFR inhibition. Foxy-5 also has other upsides to bone growth by activating other pathways, but im not bothered typing allat but the main idea is it doesnt just stop scoliosis, it also grows bone by activating other stuff. Based on translations from animal dosing, I'd recommend about a 5mg subcutaneous injection everyday.

P.s. if ur dosing erda under 5mg, u dont rly risk getting scoliosis. also id get a spinal aligner from amazon or smth.
I put 4 hours of research into ts, hope u guys like it

dnr nigga erda doesnt cause scoliosis thru planar cell polarity interference but rather from the sheer velocity of spinal growth that the ligaments and stabilizers can't keep up with

I found out that when u tie a rope to ur neck and get on a chair then kick the chair away u get significant improvements, however it needs to be done for at least 15mins straight

Im impressed if you could actually source this. I have yet to find a legit source.

Its very niche, but a lot of chinese research companies sell it. my source for it is a reseller but u gotta ask him directly for it

Do you think I could do track while on low dose erda, mainly just sprinting also. I’m also worried about having to go on backpacking trips with my family which we kinda do here and there.

js do 2mg, take every compound for strength and performance u can think of then

im the cuck ahahahaha yeah larps about fgfr3 inhibition inducing scoliosis from pap interference and provides " evidence" of a study done on mice with shp2 deficiency NOT EVEN mentioning pcp interference as the leading cause:lul::lul::lul: bunch of tards on org and tt became scientists flexing random unrelated pubmed study links ahahah
