I'm not sure there is an easy way...
It will hurt and you'll have to push through. It's a sign that you're in a very shitty position, tbh.
Try fast walking, till it hurts as much as you can tolerate and then sit down for 5-10 minutes, it should be better after that. Just repeat that as much as you can and start walking regularly or everyday, like 10k steps.
Start running too, don't go for extremes, but I bet your lungs are also absolute shit tier and it'll hurt and burn. If you get burning lungs, then it's same story as with shins - you're way out of shape.

you're probably just unfit from ldaring. Go for regular walks, it'll probably get better once your body gets used to it
