GPT-MADE TL;DR

When building a heightmaxxing stack, avoid distractions like FGFR3 inhibition, PTH analogs, or CNP—these contribute almost nothing compared to the core 20% of factors that produce 80% of results.

Height is driven by GH/IGF-1 stimulation, estradiol inhibition, thyroid elevation, deep sleep, low cortisol, good gut health, and basic nutrients.

Try to keep your stack under 6–8 compounds or you’ll overload your liver and kidneys; only if your bone age is 18+ or you haven’t grown in years should you consider the 9–12 compound experimental range.

If your budget is low (<$500) or access is limited, stick to what actually works: HGH or a GHRH+GHRP combo, high protein intake, and an aromatase inhibitor.

Build your stack in order:
(1) secure GH/IGF-1 stimulus, (HGH, GHRP+GHRH combo, Insulin, even Testosterone)
(2) add an aromatase inhibitor (Aromasin, Letrozole, or Arimidex)
(3) elevate T3/T4 hormones, (via supplementation of T4 or T3)
(4) optimize sleep and stress (via supplementation)
(5) Add optional gut, liver, or experimental compounds (ky19382, or vosoritide).

Introduction

I've recently returned to this forum and have noticed that some members create very elaborate stacks considering factors that may not be directly relevant for most healthy teenagers (like FGR3, PTH analogs, CNP, etc.), while others go off track from the main principles of height growth (such as IGF-1, GH, estradiol inhibition, etc.). Today, I want to provide a clear overview of what to focus on when building your first heightmaxxing stack. I have made a similar post before, but I wanted to revisit and refresh this topic for everyone!

Pareto Principle (80% of Results Come From 20% of Inputs)

First, when making a heightmaxxing stack, you should understand that the majority of heightmaxxing stacks incidentally follow Pareto's principle, where it's stated that 80% of effects come from 20% of causes. This is extremely true when it comes to heightmaxxing, as often, our judgment can get so clouded when making a stack and trying to overoptimize everything that we forget what is clinically proven to work in individuals most similar to healthy and normal teenagers.

Focus on the Factors That Actually Help Directly Grow Taller!

Secondly, when thinking of making an heightmaxxing stack, you must view the human body holistically, and that we are trying to first and foremost, to optimize the factors that are most relevant to height growth. And if that isn't working, then it makes sense to look toward more experimental factors or less clinically studied factors, like I said earlier. But to save time and money, let's focus on what works. And we know that the most important things are the following: GH/IGF-1, Sex Hormones (Estradiol Inhibition), Thyroid Hormones (T3/T4), Somatostatin Inhibition, Extremely Deep Sleep, Cortisol Inhibition, Healthy Gut, and the straightforward building blocks (Vitamin D, Calcium, Protein, and Zinc).

Building a Stack on a Low Budget (<$500)

Thirdly, now, with the understanding that those are the most important factors, you should begin building your stack with consideration of your budget and the way your body works. This means first understanding that if you only have around $500 USD or less and aren’t buying everything from places like IndiaMart.com (where there’s rarely any legitimate janoshik testing), it may be pointless to spend money on things like cortisol inhibition, thyroid hormones, somatostatin inhibition, and so on. And that it may be a better use of your money to spend the vast majority of your money toward peptides (GHRH analogs + GHRPs), HGH (if you can find an affordable source), a really high-protein diet, and an aromatase inhibitor. And whatever you have left in terms of money by that point, you can spend on simple things like a cortisol reducer (if you can afford it), Vitamin D3, or Zinc.

Why You Should Not Use Too Many Compounds

Fourthly, this theory also works in reverse; just because you have a massive budget, like, $5000 USD+, or just live in a country where many compounds are easily accessible, it doesn’t mean that you should be taking everything under the sun to grow taller. Once you get in the range where you are taking more than 6-8 supplements, your liver (the most important body part in relation to IGF-1 processing) begins to be affected negatively, your kidneys are becoming more strained, oxidative stress can begin increasing, and it overall becomes harder to see what is working and what isn’t working. Moreover, if you begin to add things in, such as steroids, that tend to be even more liver-toxic and overall, unhealthy for the human body, it can make it even harder to just sustain your stack, in the sense that it’ll become physically painful to push through. If you are 18+ or you haven’t grown in years, or if your bone age is 18+ (confirmed by X-RAY), that may really be the only time where I could say it’s somewhat reasonable to get up higher in the 9-12 compound range, and use more experimental compounds like ky19382 or vosoritide.

How to Organize the Stack (Step-by-Step Priority Order)

And last, but not least, organize your stack first, with a focus on maximizing IGF-1 and HGH levels in whatever way possible, so whether that’s HGH, peptides (GHRP’s/GHRH’s), Testosterone (can raise IGF-1 indirectly), or Insulin (can be extremely dangerous if you don’t know how to properly dose), this is by far the first thing you should handle. HGH comes first here, so the more IU’s of that, typically, the better in a height growth context.

Then moving onto aromatase inhibition, this is extremely important for long-term height growth, as it’s very important to keep your E2 levels under 20pg/ml, and more in that 17pg/ml - 15pg/ml range. This does come with many side effects, so you have to be ready to alleviate that, like if it’s brain fog and drowsiness, consider using nootropics, like caffeine and l-theanine. If it’s bone health that you are worried about, this is when using PTH analogs has a much more legitimate use case.

And then from there, it's about taking doses of T4/T3 that can get you in a near hyperthyroid state, while not being too high, as being hyperthyroid often comes with more negative side effects than good ones, so the overall goal is just to have elevated thyroid hormones.

Next, it’s about finding the right supplements for you that help reduce your stress levels (or lifestyle changes), and also finding the right supplements that work for you pertaining to getting consistent and deep sleep every night (for around 7-9 hours). Lastly, then like the rest, is up to you on what you want to over-optimize. If you have bad gut health, which can affect the absorption of things like protein, then taking gut health supplements would be useful. If you want to make sure your liver health is in top shape, to make sure that you are able to process IGF-1 as efficiently and effectively as possible, then take liver supplements. If you are older and have less of a chance to grow taller, potentially including PTH analogs or other less proven compounds, at this point, would be better. If you are worried about any side effects, like blood sugar, now would be the time to add those types of supplements that help aid against those.

Conclusion

All in all, hopefully you understand how to go about building a good stack that will work in relation to heightmaxxing! Please pm me on here or on my Discord if you have more questions, Osie_2savy.
