There actually is lots of speculation on how to debloat your face & frame. People are like well all you have to do is just exercise and drink some electrolytes but that could NOT be far from the truth. Why the fuck would I drink sugary chemicals before my workout, and then get bloated and sloppy thinking that all that sodium would magically evaporate from my pores and have no effect on my outward appearance?
I'm going to give you a simplistic 3 step protocol to debloat so you don't stick out like a sore thumb, a fatass, a piece of sludging ice cream that melted in the summer and so you can finally get some bitches.
1. Leanmaxxing (Softmax)
In order to leanmaxx you need to have the following things: A steps app or calculator, A calorie app or food scale and or weight scale, a 40 pack of water, raw honey or raw wildflower honey I recommend the 2nd, and good cardiovascular health. All you're going to need to do is have a job, a school, or an environment/institution that you walk 10-12.5K+ steps a day in and it would be normalized.Then, in the morning for electrolytes you'd use the raw honey. Low calorie, practical, and just nice for the immune system. Then in between those times, you drink those waters. AT LEAST 3-6 of them.. and you do this daily. ADDING intermittent fasting like not eating the first few hours of the day and then eating in the afternoon, can significantly help too. 2. Supplementation (Hardmax)
Now if you're genuinely lazy, and or can't do physical activity as much as you want to and live a sedentary lifestyle due to whatever reason, not judging you but we're living better than you.. you can get an insulin syringe from Amazon, a pack of them and you might need a good vendor but order Aqualyx and inject the liquid glp-1 into said fat you would like to dissolve. Works kind of like ozempic, extremely simple execution and injection and is known to work over time.
3. Testmaxxing (Softmax)
If you'd like to boost your testosterone, get lean at the same fucking time, and just overall feel better in your skin and be lean to the bone YOU need to testmaxx bro. I cannot stress this enough, you need to go to your healthcare provider and ask for blood work, I don't give a fuck if you have to pay. See where your testosterone and your dL of testosterone is at, and significantly increase it with Sprinting, Weightlifting, Pilates, Risk taking, Hard deep work, Having sex with good looking women, Talking to attractive women if the first is out of reach,and overall chasing your goals and moneymaxxing which I'll also create a guide for.
I will not be listing any studies because I can't evaluate if all this information is true or not, seems relatively surface level. I am grey nonetheless, you don't have to take my advice but I am pretty lean myself and this worked for me, and my hormones. Evaluating your hormones and maximizing them to burn the most fat while you can eat whatever you want is exactly where you want your metabolic rate to be at. Until next time.
